Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Nexus Pipeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

Services Description

Nexus Pipeline offers automation and workflow services for businesses. Our work typically includes lead response automation, CRM pipeline setup, appointment scheduling support, follow-up workflows, and review request systems. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in the corresponding written agreement.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our services. This means we make no promises regarding a particular number of leads, booked appointments, sales conversions, revenue, online reviews, search engine rankings, or return on investment. Many factors outside our control influence business results, and outcomes will vary.

Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information and timely access to relevant accounts Review and approve messaging before it is sent on your behalf Maintain scheduling availability so that booked appointments can be honored Ensure you have permission to contact leads and customers through the channels we set up

Compliance with communication laws, including obtaining proper consent before contacting individuals, is your responsibility as the business owner.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

Send spam or unsolicited messages through any system we configure Use misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content in communications Generate or solicit fake reviews Collect data from individuals without proper authorization Impersonate another person or business

If your business operates in a regulated industry (such as healthcare or finance), additional agreements may be required before we can begin work together.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services often integrate with third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, deliverability issues, or account restrictions imposed by those providers. If a third-party platform changes in a way that affects your service, we will work with you to find an alternative where possible, but we cannot control external platforms.

Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our services running smoothly and available when you need them. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to communicate any planned disruptions in advance.

Payment and Billing

Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your agreement. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to pause or suspend services until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice before the start of your next billing cycle. After cancellation, your service will continue through the remainder of the current paid period. Please review our Refund Policy for information on what is and is not refundable upon cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nexus Pipeline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

Content, workflows, and tools developed by Nexus Pipeline remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement states otherwise. You retain ownership of your own business data and any content you provide to us during the course of our work together.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.

SMS Messaging Terms

Nexus Pipeline sends follow-ups, scheduling links, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional messages to users who opt in via the website form.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, you will receive a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Text HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The SMS program is intended for users 18 years or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
